Applications Developer / ITIL Project Delivery Lead

New York City (Hybrid) | Global Bank | Full-Time

We’re hiring a hands-on Applications Developer with strong ITIL and project delivery skills to lead key initiatives at a high-profile international bank . This hybrid role is ideal for a technologist who thrives at the intersection of code and process , and has experience delivering solutions in financial services environments.

What You'll Do:

• Drive ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, SLAs) across application lifecycles
• Own delivery across full SDLC — from design to deployment and support
• Collaborate with dev teams to embed ITIL into release pipelines
• Maintain & enhance the CMDB
• Manage delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations

• 4-6+ years in application development + project delivery (banking/finance required)
• Solid coding in Python, .NET, Angular, C#, SQL Server
• ITIL Foundation certified, and fluent in ITSM frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD, version control (TFS), and DevOps tooling
• Strong communicator with stakeholder management & leadership skills
