Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator and/or Engineer
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of VMware ESXi / vSphere 7.0 or higher
- Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online / Office 365
- Experience with Amazon AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudTrail, etc.)
- Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell or similar tools
- Familiarity with VMware Horizon VDI systems
- Solid understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure
- Experience with data center operations and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-driven with minimal supervision and project management capabilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with network security and monitoring systems
- Prior experience with backup solutions and system upgrades
- Exposure to compliance and security standards within financial services
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience supporting enterprise IT environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to perform remote and on-site support as needed
- Willingness to participate in disaster recovery exercises and system upgrades
- Certified professional credentials such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMware certifications are a plus
